She possesses extensive government and industry networks, regionally, nationally, and internationally, and has a thorough understanding of international, Canadian and regional tourism markets and trends and how they impact annual growth rates, product development, marketing initiatives, and the livelihoods of local communities.

She is also a pioneer on use of social media analytics to monitor, measure, and report on the impact of marketing initiatives and product development. Her strong interpersonal skills are utilized to inspire, coach and motivate internal team members, industry representatives and public partners.
